Requesting deletion of your Bubble account

Bubble is operated by Bubble Connect Ltd. You can request deletion of your account and associated data in any of these ways:

• On this page: enter your account email above, confirm the 6-digit code we send you, then tap “Permanently delete my account.”
• In the app: open Bubble → Settings → Delete account.
• By email: write to admin@joinbubble.io from your account email and we’ll process the request.

What’s deleted and what’s kept

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile and the content tied to your account — including Bubbles, posts, comments, reactions, events, RSVPs, direct messages, and connections.

• Account & content: deleted on account deletion, subject to limited exceptions for legal, safety, and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Selfie & biometric verification data: deleted within 30 days of the verification decision.
• Backups: purged on a rolling schedule.
• Limited retained data: we may keep certain information after deletion to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
