Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Bubble Connect Ltd (“Bubble,” “we,” “us”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards explain how we prohibit, detect, and respond to such content and conduct on our service. They apply to every member, Bubble, event, post, and message on the platform.
Adults Only
Bubble is an 18+ service. Accounts are intended solely for adults, and anyone found to be under 18 will have their account removed. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or use the service.
Our Standards Against CSAE
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate removal and a permanent ban:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, text, or other content that depicts, describes, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor, including computer-generated, AI-generated, or animated depictions.
- Grooming — any attempt to build a relationship with, manipulate, or coerce a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Sextortion — threatening to share intimate images of a person to coerce them into providing additional images, sexual activity, money, or anything else.
- Sexualization of minors — any content that sexualizes a minor, or any sexual solicitation of, or directed at, a minor.
- Trafficking — any content or activity that facilitates the trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
- Off-platform CSAE — using Bubble to plan, facilitate, advertise, or direct anyone to CSAE occurring anywhere, on or off our service.
How We Detect and Prevent CSAE
- In-app reporting. Every profile, post, comment, message, and event has a confidential Report option that members can use to flag CSAE or any other violation.
- Human review. Reports involving child safety are prioritized and reviewed by our team, and we act on credible reports without delay.
- Account removal. We remove offending content, terminate violating accounts, and take steps to prevent banned users from returning under new accounts.
- Age standards. We enforce our 18+ requirement and remove accounts we identify as belonging to minors.
Reporting to Authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or CSAE on our service, we remove it and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local law enforcement, as required by applicable law. We preserve relevant data and cooperate with law enforcement investigations in accordance with applicable law.
If you encounter content on Bubble that sexually exploits or endangers a child, please report it to us immediately using the contact below. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Compliance With Child Safety Laws
